Happy New Year ? 2014 The year of increase....

I am getting a lot of new year wishes today saying Have a wonderful year ahead... 2014.......but looking back on all the news from the government increasing price of nearly everything and anything, I am thinking what will 2014 be like. Share a photo above showing what we will be expecting for the new year...Damn not good news ya.....hahhahaha. Not trying to be a sadist but its the truth that's what we will be facing next year.
And because of this we will see a gathering by the opposition tonite at 10pm.

 

I really Wonder how many people will be attending? But i guess most people will just continue partying ignoring this event. As i saw a young couple doing facial in my friend's beauty salon preparing themselves for their new year party later tonight. I really wonder does this young people know what they will be facing in the coming year? I really hope so....

Reid Commission is the beginning of all our problems and left us with what we are today!

I remember during school days when we attend Sejarah ( History ) Class and we learn about the Reid Commission the draft that leads to Malaysia Independence. Back then I did not know whats it all about and we just accepted what we read in the books. Now that I am much older and did more reading about the Reid Commission I personally think that the members of the commission is made up of pure racist idiots. These are the Idiots below:-

• Lord William Reid - Chairman
• Sir Ivor Jennings - Britain
• Sir William McKell - Australia
• Hakim B. Malik - India
• Hakim Abdul Hamid - Pakistan

Although Tunku Abdul Rahman and the Malay rulers had asked the Reid Commission to ensure that "in an independent Malaya all nationals should be accorded equal rights, privileges and opportunities and there must not be discrimination on grounds of race and creed," the Malay's special position, which many in the ruling United Malays National Organisation backed, were cited as necessary by the Reid Commission as a form of affirmative action. These controversial measures were included as Articles 3, 152 and 153 of the Constitution

Question 1

Why did Reid Commission cited that Malay's special position is necessary? 

The reason is that most of the Malay at that time was very poor and under privilege, so protect their right to live. But at the moment in time i do believe that there others that poor and under privilege right? I am sure there are poor Chinese, India and etc at the moment in time too. Why did the Reid Commission Focus on one race? Its because they are stupid, If its not that then they are racist. And these so call expert that form the commission is appointed by the Queen of England.

Question 2

Why the Malay? why not the  indigenous peoples of Malaysia?

I really don't understand why the commission choose to protect the Malay as priority? They are same as the Chinese and the Indian which is also immigrant. Just earlier immigrant, the first people that they should take into consideration should be the  indigenous peoples of Malaysia which is the orang asli which till today still live in poverty. I got to say the Reid Commission is a failure and a disgrace. Damn those racist members.

Why make the matter worse? Article 153? Stupid move

In Conclusion, I personally think its Britain faulty and the Queens faulty that Malaysia is in this bad shape today. Why? Because they form a stupid racist commission to draft the Constitution of the Federation of Malaya which had a lot negative racist impact on the country.

Canon EOS M After using it..

I Bought a Canon EOS M couple of months back for my trip to the states. Well I did mention it on my blog when I first bought it and why I choose Canon compare to other brands. Now after using it for the 22 days trip shooting more than 2000 photos there some likes and some dislike about the camera. Let me share the Specs of the camera first as some of my photographers friends heard about the this model but don't really know anything else about it at all. Now lets go back to how well the camera works or don't work....hahahahhaa...... I am not a professional photographer so I wont go in depth with my comments.

What I like about the camera is that its a system camera ( that's what everybody calls it when selling it to me) that you can change the lens and the sensor is an APS-C size that's why I bought the camera in the first place. After 2000+ photos, well i like the results the Photos came out pretty nice. Well its a Canon how bad can it be right? Check out my last blog for some sample photos I think the result in terms of color contrast is pretty good. The Auto functions are good, it will sense what photos that you intend to shoot and give good portrait with DOF or good landscape photos without any adjustment need to be done. Anybody can shoot like a pro with the Auto Function.

There are a few areas that is a big let down, well even Canon cant be perfect right. First of all the Flash! most system camera have built in flash but not this baby. The package I bought does come with an external flash that's quite compact and I thought i can live with that. Think again! I was wrong  its quite troublesome to carry around an external flash. The camera is easy to carry around without the flash but once you put in the flash its a bit bulky and not so nice to carry around. The second most irritating problem with the camera is the battery life, You will have only about slightly more than 200 shoots every full charges. 200 a lot? trust me its not enough! I was on tour and everyday we leave the hotel at about 7am and back only at 9pm earliest. Most days during my trip the camera is already dead by 7pm Darn!. Remember the battery its only 875 mAH, not sure how to judge? well let me tell you most smart phones battery nowadays are mostly 2000 mAH! get it now? The final draw back about the camera is the the focus speed. Canon did update the firmware to make it faster, so when I bought mine the update was release not long and instantly updated it. It felt good when you are just testing the camera but when you are using it for real it just a bit too slow for my liking. You might just miss some good photos moments because of the focusing speed.

Well that's about it, even with some flaws the camera did a decent job for me and I like it. So if any of you guys thinking of getting one, I think its not a bad choice. Cheers!!!

22 Days US east coast and west coast Trip Photos

Its been a quite some time since I went for holiday overseas and have been thinking of going for a trip but not really sure where i want to go. Since my sister is getting married in the states might as well attend the wedding and have a holiday there. Took sometime to plan for the trip and ended up staying with my sister for 7days and touring the USA for 15days heheheheh.... was fun but tiring.

Week 1 - Chicago

Chicago The Windy City. The name says it all, its windy all the time. Among all the places I visited, i really like Chicago. Nothing much in Chicago but its really a good place to stay. The people are quite friendly and food are reasonable price.

East Cost trip was nice as well, the tour we join was not too bad. I enjoy the trip to Niagara falls even though it was a long way there but the scene was awesome. New york city was so so... too crowded for my liking.

Are we in trouble? #Ringgit Malaysia All time low.....

I was planning my US trip since early of the year to attend my sister's wedding in the states. Then US dollar is between  2.98 -3.05 Ringgit per 1 US dollar ( Early of the year before the Malaysia General Election on 5TH May 2013). Things look very positive and i was waiting for the US exchange rate to fall further. But after the Malaysia general election things did not look so good after all. This month Ringgit Malaysia have fallen to an all time low since 1997 ( 1USD = 3.33 RM , that a 10% increase on what what we need to pay to get 1USD early of the year). Bad news for me, my expenses for this coming trip will cost me 10% more. Below calculation will tell show you why :-


Early 2013 exchange rate 1USD = 3RM

Trip total cost USD 8000 = RM 24000

Now August 2013 exchange rate 1USD = 3.33RM

Trip total cost USD 8000 = RM 26640.


Difference = RM 2640 ( I have to pay extra for the same thing )

Well that's only my personal expenses I am talking about, but as a country we heading towards a very bad situation...#inflation #Price increase and many others negative factors. I really wonder what the government is doing about this. For me personally, I do not have have any confidence with the Government under the current administration. Hope for the best prepare for the worse that's all  I can say....

Travel Soon New Camera

Its been a while since I when for a holiday, my last trip was to Thailand and it was way back in 2009. Always want to travel and shoot some nice photos for my own collection and for sale online. Looking for a good camera to buy for a long while. The last camera i use was a Nikon D90 which is a very good camera but just a bit heavy to travel with. So Decided to buy the mirrorless camera that's as versatile as a DSLR, light and portable. So been tinkering between a few camera, the Sony NEX a bit too pricey, Nikon 1 small sensor, Olympus? nope...,Fuji total out of the question. Finally last weekend there were a camera fair in mid valley ( Small one by Fotokem ). All brands was there and I was walking around after dinner thinking which one to buy. Finally bought the....jeng jeng jeeengg jeeennngg

Yes the Canon EOS M....hahahahaha... the camera that was not even in my list. Well why i bought it?, i think it was impulsive buying (bought this last min just before closing )...hahahahaha. Girls..not only you ppl have this problem guys too.. Anyway been playing with for few days, updated its firmware and look at a lot review on  the camera. Frankly its not the best mirrorless camera in the market but its not bad in my opinion. Will be on my trip soon and will come back with photos from this camera. You guys out other there can judge for yourself the quality of the camera from the photos ( Good or Bad ). Till then byeeee.....

Sharing my thoughts even thou its worth nothing more than 2 cents.

I have always been very talkative speaking my mind all the time. Sometimes too much opinion from me, really get some of my friends annoy. So decided to share my 2 cents opinion in a blog and see if there is anybody out there that would like to know what i been thinking and my opinions :).
